By ordering art from me you will automatically be agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully!𖹭

✦ Accepted payment methods are via Paypal, WISE or through my KOFI. The full amount is paid at the time of ordering or 50% upfront payment and 50% remaining before art delivery! (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)✦ It is NOT allowed to feed my art into any AI-learning machine nor is it allowed to edit it without prior permission.✦ Art for commercial or monetized use will have an additional fee to be paid (apart from the original price of the art).✦ The customer has up to 7 days to request a refund for the project after purchasing the art (Returning only 50% of the total amount if the art is already in an advanced state).✦ Deadlines vary between two weeks to one month depending on the complexity of the art, unforeseen events or service availability. Always containing weekly updates.✦ I, as the artist, have the right to revoke the use of my art if it is being used in bad faith or for malicious/criminal purposes.✦ I am free to decline art commissions that may cause me discomfort.✦ I am allowed to post the finished artwork, record videos of the work process, or use it as an example for my commissions. If the customer prefers not to, they just need to let me know through message!✦ Please credit me (@Tulipnini) when posting, sharing the art on other platforms, or using it on your profile or projects ♡
